   • Please ensure to notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photos or proof of the defect for our verification.

2. Shipment Failure or Damage:

   • If your order is damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect product (such as a wrong fabric or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

   • You will need to provide a photo of the damage or incorrect item for verification.

   • If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either a refund or a replacement, depending on availability.

Return Process

1. Initiating a Return:

2. Return Shipping:

   • In the case of defective products or shipment errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that customized or altered products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Since we specialize in unstitched fabrics, once the fabric is cut or altered, it cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for a return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
